This explains what information Ruff Kuntry Digital collects, why, and what we do with it. It's written to be read, not to be survived.
We don't sell your information, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't collect anything from this website beyond what your browser sends automatically. If you book a call or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can help you.
This site has no signup forms, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies. Two things still happen when you visit:
Booking is handled by Cal.com. When you book, you give them your name, email, and the time you picked, and they pass it to us and add the meeting to our calendar. We use it to hold the meeting and follow up with you. Cal.com's own privacy policy covers what they do with it on their side.
We keep the email and anything in it, the same way any business keeps its correspondence, so we have the history of our conversation. Our email runs on Google Workspace.
We do send business-to-business outreach. If you got an email from us you didn't ask for, every one of them has a working unsubscribe link and our mailing address at the bottom. Use it and we stop — permanently, no questions, no "are you sure." You can also just reply and say stop.
Business contact details used for that outreach come from commercial business directories, not from anything you did on this website.
Building your systems means we may need access to accounts you own — your email, calendar, spreadsheets, or customer records. We only ask for what a specific piece of work actually requires, we use it only for that work, and you can revoke that access yourself at any time from the account it came from.
We do not use your business data to train any AI model, and we don't reuse one client's information for another client.
Correspondence and project records are kept while we're working together and for a reasonable period afterward for tax and business records. If you want your information deleted, ask and we'll delete what we're not legally required to keep.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll handle it. You don't need a special form or a legal reason.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
